Best meditation app! I started using it during a very difficult psychologically period and it really helped me sleep better, calm down, get control of what small things I want to do during the day, and appreciate things. Haven't unlocked all the packs yet, but I'm looking forward to listening to a new level every day.

The introductions are gradual, gentle, and informative. The daily meditations can be very intrusive: the guide repeats the same long explanations every session, leaving little time for the actual excercises. Once I counted one breath from the time the instruction was over until the next excercise begun. The guide also makes short breaks on the discourse that make you think it's done, and then talks again interrupting the flow and disrupting your focus. Good app to start, but not to maintain.

While I think many apps out there have good guided meditations that work well and can improve your life, I have found that this one vibes well with me. Very clean interface, very minimalist, no unnecessary graphics, animations, gamifications, not intrusive at all, just a nice library of guided meditations and a few basic stats and achievements to keep me in the loop. Just what I needed and nothing more. The playback could use a few more features but it works just fine as it is.
