Up until two months ago I was satisfi with the app for the low price. But now it's second time that my subscription isn't being recognized. I tried different steps to solve it (including the steps from the website) but without any success. I just see the "lock" symbol in the lower corner of the videos. And why is one epidose (for example) of drag race over 2GB big? Episodes on other platforms are less than 400MB.

The app on Chromecast is just terrible: it constantly lags, throwing black frames every few seconds, jumping between the playback quality. You'd think the solution will be to adjust the quality - well, if only this option was available... I can playback in 2x speed though, which is helpful only in a way that this horrible experience can end sooner. I just stopped watching.

The subtitles are terrible. It is embarrassing to rely just on AI slop to do your subtitles without correcting huge faults in translation or transcription (often leaving full sections of dialogue blank) and, in several occasions misgendering the contestants, guests, etcetera. The AI dubbed versions are even worse than the subtitles and they shouldn't be marketed as if they were finished products. Subtitles are not just for non-native speakers, some people are hard of hearing. Do better.
