To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.

Since the last app update, it got difficult to plan where i can leave the bike. You basically can orient properly. Not user friendly, not visually friendly. If u touch the bike to see the areas, and then move the map a bit u can't see the areas at all. I always liked the next bike but this time it got really difficult to use it. I hope that my review will reach you, and u will make it more comfortable to use. Many thanks in advance!

After pausing the ride, the lock did not open. I paused and unpaused more than ten times. No luck. I carried the bike to the street. It didn't open. I tried to end the ride. Not possible. The app thought the lock was open when it wasn't. I tried to contact support. No answer. I carried the bike and my luggage to the next station. It did not register as being returned. 2,5 hours later it registered and I got chased 9€ and my account was blocked. Now I have to walk. Worst customer experience ever.

(Berlin) Update:it turns out their app is still buggy and this still happens frequently. Please fix it, it's been years. While most of the time, one can call in to talk to the customer service, the customer shouldn't be burdened to do that so frequently. Plus, the CS is sometimes unfriendly. I parked the bike perfectly in the station, still got charged. When service fee is charged, there should be a way to appeal without having to call.
