It is a useful app when it works, but that seems random. Be prepared to regularly enter your login data, as app keeps on logging you out on various occasions. The servers also randomly block connections resulting in messages like 'your connection was blocked' and then hints like 'use a different WIFI', which (of course) does not help. Just wait, it will eventually let you back in...

My name was wrong so I had to write a lot of emails and collect a lot of information to fix this problem. I lost miles for past flights. Just to add miles the normal way takes too long and it is too complicated. The benefits are great but the app is just inefficient and impractical. Upload your data (passport, ID, address, etc.) And after landing scan the boarding pass or write the ticket number. Ready! Why 7 days wait, tickets review and useless bureaucracy?

App works fine until you need to request miles, I get all the time an error that the request doesn't fulfill. I have completed all the fields for the Form and tried with the qr code always I get the same error. My flights are also older than 2 weeks, so I fulfilled all the requirements. There is no direct contact with the support. Until today I didn't find any email addresses where I can write to or any chat, telefon number or whatever.
