The device loses connection every now and then. App is slow to connect and buggy, ie.lads me to store for an update, which is already installed. In a nut shell, very poor quality and customer experience for the money you are paying! You'd be better off with a google/amazon speaker for half the money, or if you are not an audiophile, even for one tenth!

It works, though the app itself is not user-friendly at all. The previous blue/black version was better in that regard. It's also quite bad performance-wise (laggy animations, takes a while to react). It could profit from more features (sleep timer integrated, option to always intercept phone volume to control speaker volume). One thing I'm really missing is a favourites-list inside the app that can hold more than 6 entries.

So much wrong it's hard to believe this is considered a premium product. Setup is atrocious. Loses all info and wifi connection after updates. Customer "support" isn't available within the hours stated. Missing bass and treble controls for connected speaker. And this is one of 3 or 4 Bose apps for products that aren't compatible with each other. Absolute joke. Time to switch to Sonos.
