I have had this app for over a year, as long with the six pack one it is amazing and helps with building muscle mass and strength. i used to be 230lb, but now im 180! I have lost 50lb. i had a whole new feeling. I am for active and a lot stronger and I have a body that was way over my expectations. though my only complaint is the ads I like how they're is different things to do like smaller sessions you can do and change the time for more break time. and I love how there is a break day. 5 stars

It's a good fitness app with good exercises, but it would be better if the 30-day plans would be personalised on your skill level and strength.And the premium feature is really not worth it like why would you spend 40€! just to get some more workouts. But overall, I wouldn't buy the premium version because I saw insane changes in a small amount of time.

it was very hard to do but breads and when make a phone fitness but I like it more than what I like that give my opinion how I am old Chartered so much I am 10 years old boy who goes to Till to the school but I exercise because my I think if I exercise myself I can be healthy and read nice get full marks in every subject so I workout everyday and 10 minutes how can you add more 10 100 seconds to the workout timer please then I can be held in more than I like you know I have do you have 5 six pac
