Headset does various things that I cannot stop, like re-starting my audio book when I hang up a call - so not only do I get audio when there shouldn't be any (I was not listening to my audio book before the call), I also lose my place in that audiobook and have to spend effort re-locating the chapter I was in. Only solution i know of is to deliberately start some music whenever I put on the headphones. That way it tries to continue thst album rather than messing with Audible.

Used to work well. After losing the headphones for a while, I found them again, but the app no longer seems to be able to detect them. They connect to the phone no problem, just not the app. A pity because the audio needs to be rebalanced, but that seems to be impossible without the app. Edit: seems the issue was that the battery has died and is unable to charge. Guess it went through quite an adventure while missing. Can't fault the app for a hardware issue, so I will return the 5* review.

After renaming my earbuds (Jabra Elite 7 Pro) using the sound+ app, the app couldn't find the earbuds anymore, leaving me unable to access settings of them and customize to my preferences. Also, renaming the earbuds on your device is not the same as using the sound+ app, as the former is only a local change of name. The support by Jabra was fast. Resetting the earbuds fixed the problem. That is, hold both buttons 10sec while in case (until "violet" light flashes), then close case for 5 sec.
