After using several times, it is clear that more options are needed when ordering and when rating orders. There needs to be an option to select between foot/bike/car transport. When the wrong items are received, there is no way to rate or communicate it, you're stuck with it. Recently placed and ordered, and got cold food that was partially wrong and incomplete, and there was no way to file a complaint other than here! This needs to be addressed now!

I had a frustrating experience with Uber Eats. I was charged for canceling an order in first two minutes due to a technical issue with the app. My bank card was charged before I could select the address, and the chatbot didn’t allow me to change it. Support was unhelpful, and my promo code didn’t work. I paid for nothing, and the issue wasn’t resolved !

The way they run this app borders on criminal fraud. I just spent 45 minutes talking to four different people, the first three of which could barely speak English, in order to have a "non-refundable alcohol restocking fee" reversed, for an order where the driver texted me from the store saying that THEY did not have THEIR OWN driver's license to be able to check out for the alcohol order they accepted. So, a restocking fee for alcohol that was never purchased, or delivered, let alone returned.
