The quality of drivers is dropping rapidly. It's more common to get a rude driver. In a few recent drives I got a lot of attitude and complaints if I am not standing to just jump in - when driver needs way more time than the app suggests - and the drivers watching fb and Instagram reels during the drive - casually, full volume on. I mean, I don't expect a lot, drive to the selected destination and focus on what you are supposed to be doing. You are not doing us favors, we are customers.

Completely disfunctional recently. Payment processing seems to be working on a 1 in 20 basis. This means that for short rides, and Especially if you use the app also to book scooters or shared bikes it's almost always better to just walk, because it also ceased to show the allowed locking areas, thereby sensing you on a wild goose chase. No idea what kind of update they did, but it's complete rubbish now.

Long time user. [excited] App to center focus on where I need to move to, instead of the route of the driver to pick me up is infuriating. mildly better, but not really. Please fix. New issue is the default tip buttons. I take Uber every day back and forth to work. I tip $1 each way, as it's a short ride, and that's what I can afford 2x a day over the going rate. Why do the quick press buttons all of a sudden default to $2? Inconvenient, and I can't afford
