Poor experience, very bad customer service, unable to log in, my account was blocked as I "violated the terms and conditions", all I did was one survey and then It would not accept my password or reseting my password. Website and app do not work properly and customer service is very unhelpful. I emailed them a few times and response was always general and unhelpful.

The app works fine. The reason for the 1 star is that I've been waiting for 4 weeks for my reward to go to PayPal. I've received no real reason as to why it's still progressing. As other people have said, they don't give you an answer via email. Basically, they just say..."They have thoroughly investigated this case. please be patient while it's being processed. Case closed." I'm sorry, but 4 weeks and no explanation is just not good enough. All they say on here is to contact them via email.

worst experience ever, guys don't trust this platform.You will make points easily, but after u redeem your reward, they will not give you any reward, It's been over a month now since I redeemed a reward on this platform I have contacted numerous times to their customer support,but every time they said to have investigated my issue and resolved it but no real action has been taken yet, so I recommend you ,not to use this app whatsoever. Its a scam.
