It used to work ok. Very slow to process any amendments to the basket, but still eventually working. Now it logged me out, and I cannot log back in. It's frozen on the login screen. It also crashes. I like the experience of the app and the possibility to check the weekly offers, but the freeze and crash is super annoying. Please fix.

Nothing works. Trying to pay with my banking app, gets only redirected to play store to download an app I already have. Filled out address book only to get asked again for delivery address during checkout. Says that I got a free gift, then says that same gift can't be delivered to my home. Free gift is listed as an item in the basket, but removing it needs to be from a special section of gifts at the bottom. Overall a really frustrating experience.

Bad customer service, you can only reach them through Instagram messages, very slow to answer,no contact number. Send them an email through their application and ask me the same question as the Instagram team .. no cooperation between them, at the end send me one product without my approval as compensation. Also, I need to pay for delivery as an international shipment. The courier company they chose is also very bad, products reach me in a bad condition, and even when I talk to them no response.
