can't rearrange cards at all. couldnt link student card (with their ridiculous extra card, comes up with error, you have to call to get it added). then if you try and get help on the website, many sites give you errors/have you blocked by their "security service" on phone and in different browsers alike. and why can't you add the card to your wallet?! only physical opal cards or your virtual debit/credit card possible but no virtual opal card... Its 2025! sort this out please.

This app doesn't have the option to disable auto top-up. You have to use the website for raisin complaints. The auto top up stays enabled for a blocked card ( even if you remove your card from your account). A blocked card can get used after a few years (as per customer service people). Then, it will automatically deduct money from your account, which you can't claim back. So make sure you disable the auto top-up before blocking your lost card. The customer service call experience isn't good.

Amazing App, but I have a suggestion for an in-app/website feature. Cause people's cards get blocked if they don't have the right funds. you could add like an in-app feature/website feature where if someone doesn't have the funds to pay. they get sent a form/link with a number and then they put that number into the bar kinda like a fine and then when they have paid their outstanding charge/s. Their card gets unblocked automatically
